We help kids improve their speed, endurance, & confidence all while having fun!
Monday 6:00pm-7:00pm
Wednesday 6:00pm-7:00pm
Happy faces as they earned a age group medal.
Join our Running Class Monday & Wednesday from 6-7pm.
- Run Club is designed to help improve fitness and endurance. Most kids will work up to completing a 5k and improving their mile time.
- Drills, Running technique, & training plan included.
- Our running coaches went to College on Track/Cross Country Scholarships.
